2024/2025 SUMMER INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Infracorr and the Australian Waterproofing Consultants are seeking motivated engineering students in Victoria and New South Wales to join our team for a work experience placement / internship during the 2024/2025 summer break. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the field of infrastructure remediation, durability and waterproofing.

Infracorr Consulting Pty. Ltd is a leading consultant specialising in infrastructure remediation and durability services. Our team of engineers, technicians, and scientists work collaboratively to assess the condition of existing infrastructure and develop innovative engineering designs to extend the service life of aging structures.
We are at the forefront of technology, utilising cutting-edge tools and techniques such as drone inspections, precision reality modelling, and advanced testing equipment to gather comprehensive data. Our expertise encompasses a wide range of remedial solutions, including cathodic protection, chloride extraction, protective coatings, and structural strengthening.
Your Vacation work experience
As an intern at Infracorr, you will have the chance to:
Contribute to diverse projects: Gain exposure to a variety of infrastructure projects across different sectors, including marine, buildings/heritage, and civil infrastructure, in Melbourne and Sydney.
Experience fieldwork: Participate in on-site investigations, condition assessments, and testing of existing structures.
Develop technical skills: Assist in data analysis, report writing, and the development of remedial options.
Collaborate with experts: Work alongside experienced engineers and learn from industry leaders.
Gain insights into consulting: Understand the day-to-day operations of a leading consulting firm.
Internships at Infracorr are paid positions.
About You
We are looking for students who are:
Currently enrolled: Studying civil/structural, environmental or materials engineering at a recognized university in Victoria and New South Wales.
Eager to learn: Demonstrating a genuine interest in infrastructure remediation and durability.
Proactive and enthusiastic: Possessing a positive attitude and a willingness to contribute to the team.
Strong communicators: Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
